Very tasty and with a plum shape, our black olives "Bella di Cerignola" variety are perfect to accompany aperitifs and cheese.
Try them to enrich your fish dishes!


Ingredients: Bella di Cerignola black olives, GGG (71-80 olive/Kg), water, salt, iron gluconate, colour stabilizer.
They are harvested manually at the beginning of October to avoid damage, kept in water and slat for 30 days then treated with sodium solution to decrease their bitterness.
Produced by Stabilimento di Cerignola (FG), Strada Vicinale San Leonardo, 16 and supplied by Loliva via Pozzuolo 4, 73100 Lecce.
Store in a cool, dry place far from any source of heat. After opening the jar, keep refrigerated.
