After having been manually picked, to prevent that they get damaged, the olives (Bella di Cerignola variety) are kept in water and salt for 30 days, to eliminate their bitter taste. They are flavorful, perfect for an aperitif. Also enrich your fish or meat dishes, and cheese!


Ingredients: Bella di Cerignola green olives, water, salt, citric acid, lactic acid, antioxidant, L-ascorbic acid.
Bella di Cerignola green olives are treated with a sodium solution to loose the typical bitterness of raw olives. After this sweetening process, the olives are kept in water and salt for 30 days to allow fermentation that will change the colour making it paler.
Produced in Stabilimento di  Cerignola (FG), Strada Vicinale San Leonardo, 16 and supplied by Loliva via Pozzuolo 4, 73100 Lecce.
Store in a cool, dry place far from any source of heat. After opening the jar, keep refrigerated.
