We use the best oranges with no seeds, most of them are peeled and sliced, another part is sliced with the skin then cooked with sugar and lemon juice and they are mashed only at the end of the procedure. We use the right amount of sugar following the traditional recipe in order to guarantee long-term preservation without adding any preservatives.

Produced using 101 gr of oranges for any 100 gr of finished product. 75 gr sugar for any 100 gr of finished product.

Combination of use
Orange jam is very good with butter on toast or to make cakes. It’s also very good with cheese especially with fresh ricotta, soft cheese like camembert or brie.
