Properties of extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil contains monounsaturated fat acids, linoleic fat acid in the right amount, polifenolis, vitamin E and Beta carotene. These antioxidant elements make extra virgin olive oil very beneficial to our health, maintain good cholesterol levels and prevent cardiovascular diseases and arteriosclerosis.
Use and storage
Store in a dry and dark place, at 14 degrees in order to preserve fragrance. Heat, temperature changes and light might cause oxidation. We only use tin lined containers in order to guarantee and preserve freshness.
