Olives (50% leccina, 22% cellina, 22% kalamata), salt, extra virgin olive oil (3%), acidity regulator: Lactic acid.
Olives are washed, selected, pitted and put into containers with salt and water. Once the olives have fermented they are pressed and mixed with extra virgin olive oil. The pate is then put into sterilized glass jars and pasteurized.
Net weight 180 gr.

Store in a dry place, do not expose to direct light and heat. Once opened keep in the fridge. Product can last in the fridge for about a month as long as it’s kept close and the pate is entirely covered in oil.
