Variety of olives: Cellina of Nardò, Salentine Ogliarola in variable proportions, depending on the harvest of the year. Its mild and delicate taste, typical of the fresh crushed oils, is slightly fruity, with a leaf aftertaste.
It’s indicated to cook any kind of food (also for frying), and as a dressing for the raw dishes.
Each package contains 2 bottles, that can’t be sold separately.
Characteristics: total maximum acidity is under 0,8 grams per 100 grams of oil (oleic acid).
Colour: intense yellow.
Smell: slightly fruity.
Taste: mild fruity, with a slight leaf aftertaste.

Milling method: within 24 hour, continuous-cycles, at low temperature (cold extraction).
Milled and bottled in the Squinzano (LE) establishment, via per Torchiarolo km 1 per Loliva, via Pozzuolo 4 - 73100 Lecce.
Use and storage: it’s advisable to store it in a tightly closed container, in the dark, at a constant temperature of 14°, to maintain its fragrance and freshness. The heat, the temperature changes, and the light cause a rapid oxidation of the oil. We use bottles and containers in tinplate, because this kind of material allows a greater stability of the organoleptic characteristics.</p<
